Dance is a core subject within the Expressive Arts Area of Learning and Experience (AoLE) under the new Curriculum for Wales. The curriculum promotes experiential learning and provides a framework for schools to design their own programs - meaning teachers with no background or experience in this, or other art forms, have a skills gap.

Diwrnod HMS equips teachers with the confidence and ability to teach exciting, educational and engaging dance classes without having to know ‘dance steps’ or ‘specific styles.’
