Diwrnod HMS equips teachers with the confidence and ability to teach exciting, educational and engaging dance classes without having to know ‘dance steps’ or ‘specific styles.’

We guide teachers through a range of creative and child-led tasks which allow all learners to be challenged and to gain a sense of achievement in every lesson. Guiding you through specific tasks and tools with a focus on:

• A specific theme: drawing from other areas of the school curriculum;

• Achieving the aims and objectives of the dance curriculum;

• Highlighting the importance of fitness and wellbeing in the dance class

• Models of developing a ‘company’ experience within your class.
